This evolution operates through two distinct mechanisms: Kore cores establish foundational axioms via DOI registration, while Console interfaces translate these principles into operational protocols. The resulting Muse architecture introduces PlasticScale and its Proportional Scale Index (PSI) as the system’s core metric, transforming metaphorical network relations into calculable scalar regimes. Where Mesh operated through rhizomatic expansion and semantic accumulation, Muse enables calibrated governance through proportional intelligence. The infrastructural kernel remains invariant under this transition; what shifts is the mode of presence within epistemic ecologies. Strategic calibration now determines whether the framework pursues discursive integration or autonomous consolidation, with PSI providing the metric for either trajectory. The Mesh phase functioned as a distributed semantic heating mechanism, generating conceptual density through nodal proliferation across urban, pedagogical and archival territories. All nodes were uploaded on 18 February 2026 (v2.2.0), sharing authorship, licensing and structural coherence. Baseline cumulative views were registered on the same date. No modifications were applied to nodes 502–510. On 20 February 2026, calibrated supertag augmentation was introduced exclusively to node 501 (FlowChanneling). The present log, dated 21 February 2026, inscribes cumulative counts following one day of post-intervention circulation. The purpose is chronological clarity and measurable comparison, not speculative attribution. By isolating 501 as the sole modified variable, the series establishes a controlled condition in which differential growth can be observed against stable counterparts. Tag density is therefore treated as operational parameter within repository governance, subject to verification through temporal differentiation rather than rhetorical amplification. All ten nodes were uploaded on 18 February 2026. On that date, baseline cumulative views registered as follows: 501 counted 430 entries within a series total of 3,000. Between 18 and 20 February no metadata changes were introduced to any record.
