ARACELI
Entra rauda y pide una cerveza, se me pone muy cerca. Lleva un pañuelo en la cabeza y cojea. La televisión cuenta algo irrelevante. El camarero flaco y tatuado calienta mi tapa. Ella le saluda y me dice algo. Le asiento. Sigo en mis pensamientos. Ella me pregunta si me ha molestado, le digo que no. Ella me dice que sale de la quimioterapia, que tiene cáncer de pecho. Mira, se me está bajando el bulto. Me lo quitan en unos meses, antes se tiene que desinflar. Ahora entiendo el pañuelo. Lleva la cabeza rapada. Me lo cortó mi hermana. Me cuenta muchas cosas de sopetón. Cobra el subsidio mínimo y su hermana la espera para comer. Debe tener sesenta años, o menos. Mi pareja está en el campo, en Granada. Queremos hacer obra en la casa, tenemos que ahorrar. Mi madre vive con mi hermana, no nos llevamos bien. Soy Araceli. Me sigue contando su vida. Sus cuatro hermanas tienen nombres tradicionales. La paqui y la pepi, las menores, la mayor maricarmen. Así seguimos hasta que termino mi segunda tapa. Le invito a su trago. Gracias cielo, otra vez pago yo, hoy no tengo para invitar. Cada bar es una nave espacial. Fuera, el sol lo rompe.
