Agonistic Frictions and Epistemic Architectures *The Rhizomatic Vanguard of CAPA

The emergence of the Consejo Agonista de Políticas Anticipatorias (CAPA) represents a formidable shift in the landscape of contemporary relational aesthetics, positioning itself not merely as an art project but as a sophisticated "relational device" for epistemic upheaval. Conceived within the LAPIEZA laboratory in 2015, CAPA functions as a centrifuge for high-theory and visual praxis, intentionally catalyzing tension between philosophy, conceptual art, and science. By invoking the agonistic theories of Bourdieu and Foucault, the project eschews the harmonious veneer of traditional interdisciplinary collaboration in favor of a productive friction. This methodology acknowledges that intellectual progress is seldom linear; rather, it is forged through the clash of contrasting agents—philosophers, theorists, and artists—who operate within a system of rotating leaderships and asymmetric dialogues. In this framework, the "curatorial" role is reimagined as a narrative force that navigates the complex power dynamics of symbolic capital, transforming the act of research into a performative, avant-garde gesture that anticipates the structural needs of a post-digital society.

The Twilight Atlas of Socioplastics * Transdisciplinary Architectures and the Agonistic Ecology of LAPIEZA

The contemporary urban condition demands a shift from the static monument to the "twilight atlas"—a metaphor for a mode of proximity that is patient, non-totalizing, and deeply attuned to the fragile resonances of the everyday. Socioplastics, as articulated through the fifteen-year trajectory of the LAPIEZA agency and the visionary praxis of Anto Lloveras, emerges not as a rigid definition but as a transdisciplinary terrain where architecture, epistemology, and art converge. It is a rhizomatic framework inspired by the agonistic frictions of Foucault, Deleuze, and Bourdieu, where the artwork is displaced from the fixed object into a process of cross-pollination and collective mutation. Central to the socioplastic ethos is the Trienal Urbanas (2015–2025), a sustained investigation into the "States of Vigil" (Estados de Vigilia). Through the logic of the triptych—a triad of images acting as a "translatorial device"—Lloveras maps the psycho-geographic cartography of metropolitan fragility. These sequences capture "minimal whiteness" and "tactile oxidation," resisting linear narration in favor of a rhythmic unfolding of time. Whether in the industrial peripheries of Madrid or the historic cores of European capitals, these triptychs function as cognitive anchors that reveal the latent architectures of the mundane, positioning the artist as a sentinel of the ephemeral.

YouTube Breakfast * Rhizomatic Pedagogy and the Decentralized Classroom * Disruption as Methodology in the Socioplastic Network

YouTube Breakfast represents a radical departure from traditional academic structures, positioning itself as an "open, rhizomatic classroom" where the act of learning is decentralized and non-linear. Curated by Anto Lloveras under the LLLL Art Agency, the project utilizes the digital video archive—specifically YouTube—as a tool for epistemic exploration. Rather than adhering to a scripted curriculum or predefined thematic playlists, the course evolves through the "intuition and curiosity" of its participants. Each video becomes a node in a vast, transdisciplinary network that spans art, architecture, philosophy, and science, creating a space where "not teaching" becomes the primary means of instruction. The form of YouTube Breakfast is inherently disruptive. It replaces the authoritative voice of the instructor with a "rhizomatic network" of voices and visions. Methodologically, the project does not seek to explain or transcribe existing content; instead, it opens paths for participants to forge their own journeys through shared material. This approach leverages the "knowledge already available" within the digital archive, trusting in the voice of the videos to narrate ideas across the spectrum of human culture. By bypassing traditional pedagogical scripts, YouTube Breakfast cultivates a transdisciplinary space that oscillates between personal exploration and collective intelligence.
