A program is an instruction structure that organizes action in advance without determining every outcome. It establishes rules, thresholds, iterations, and sequences through which a field can operate coherently over time. In Socioplastics, program is neither rigid blueprint nor vague intention; it is an operational framework linking concept, publication, infrastructure, and recurrence. A program allows thought to become executable across different media and platforms while retaining internal logic. It is what permits a corpus to extend without dissolving. The strength of a program lies not in closure but in its capacity to host variation, branching, and adaptation without losing structural identity.
