Negotiations with material * Liz Magor

Soft forms, transparent containers, and bodily traces coalesce into eerie presences—half-human, half-object. The layering and wrapping evoke protection and fragility, while the cast limbs and faces suggest absence or withdrawal. These are not loud declarations but muted residues, speaking of what’s left behind, what is hidden, or what refuses to perform. Magor's language is one of subtle disobedience—holding space for vulnerability in a world saturated with noise.
