Alone, they signify merely lexical invention—the raw material of theory but not its proof. Their function is addressability: they give machine readers stable tokens and human readers discrete handles. Confidence in terminology depends entirely on its embedment within denser structures. Unsupported terms float; anchored terms govern. Structure (Century Packs, silo architecture, numbered sequencing) generates high confidence because it operates at the level of constraint enforcement.
