TopolexicalSovereignty

TopolexicalSovereignty describes the capacity to establish an epistemic territory through naming. Doxa, territorialisation, distribution of the sensible and cosmotechnics converge when a vocabulary—a legal code, a disciplinary lexicon or a technical standard—organises what can be perceived, discussed and recognised within a domain. The operator identifies the point at which lexical control becomes spatial and institutional autonomy.
