SystemicLock


SystemicLock identifies the condition in which removing one element produces failure elsewhere. Black-boxing, path dependence, operational closure and planetary computation converge when procedures, technologies and institutions—a legal obligation, a supply chain or a cloud dependency—become mutually reinforcing. The operator measures structural necessity through subtraction.
