The NEON Greece contemporary art exhibition titled "Space of Togetherness" opens on September 9th at 7:00 PM at the National Theatre of Greece's Drama School in Athens

 

This exhibition tackles urgent issues facing Europe and the broader world, such as racism, social mobility, and migrant rights. It highlights how these issues are deeply ingrained in our everyday lives and explores ways in which we can foster a sense of belonging, co-existence, and empathy, across divisions of class, race, and gender. The exhibition brings together individual artistic practices and collective communities to uncover social histories and challenge entrenched stereotypes. Participating artists include Igshaan Adams, Taysir Batniji, Enri Canaj, Marianna Christofides, Mona Hatoum, Patricia Kaersenhout, Menelaos Karamaghiolis, Bouchra Khalili, Grada Kilomba, and many others who, through their creative expressions, invite reflection on these contemporary challenges.
